You think you may be pregnant? Symptoms may not start until a week or two after the missed menstrual cycle and can vary from woman to woman. Some women have few symptoms, some none at all. 7. Changing hormonal levels can make the woman feel bloated like before the period starts. Women may attribute this sign to the upcoming menstruation and ignore it.

8. Many women can be quite sensitive to odors and repelled by some of the smells that may have been their favorite. If a woman loved the smell of the early morning coffee, she may find herself gagging once she becomes pregnant.

9. Food cravings may begin as early as four to six weeks after conception and continue throughout the pregnancy.

10. Headaches and backaches are common to occur during the entire pregnancy. Hormonal levels will cause occasional headaches. The growing uterus is putting pressure on the back and causes backaches.
