Unfortunately, in Windows printers are handled badly and you a printer error warning continue to persist long after the problem has been resolved, or even if the problem never existed. The power windows have a automatic reset circuit breaker. They are not fused.

If the question was referring to the operation of the drivers side window - then, the answer is that it should not have had any effect on the operation of that switch at all. A Chrysler PT Cruiser does not have a reset. The automatic shutdown is a computer controlled relay.
Reset the left rear door power window by removing the power window motor and connect both the motor and the power window switch to the vehicle's wire harness. Turn the ignition switch on and it should be able to reset.
