how would i look up a state prisioner mugshot and release date
I just got arrested for a crime. I want to know if my mugshot is available to anyone who would want to see it. Could it possibly be online?
If you execute all prisioners, what use is a prisioner anyway, this question would never arise therefore no answer would be needed.
It is legal for them to post your mugshot as that is public property, however, it would be illegal for them to charge a fee to remove information that would be considered false. Meaning if you were found not guilty, and you ordered it to be removed, and they wanted to charge you, this would be defamation. If you were convicted the states are true and you could therefore be responsible to pay to have it removed.
because their was guards everywere making sure people didnt escape because the prisioner's knew they would get shot or their would be other horrible consequence's.
The only place you can get an official release of lien form document would be the Department of Revenue. Visit the Department of Revenue within your state.
There is no state law governing this. That information would be contained in your "release on bond" papers. If you are bonded by a bailbondsman, I STRONGLY suggest that you do not leave the state or you will be chased down by a "skip tracer."
You would be in the state of Nebraska at that location.
The furthest state from the state of Michigan would be the state of Hawaii and the state of Alaska would come in the second place.
The Buckeye state would be OHIO.
the state were you would find the city in louisville
I would say that the worst state for felons to live as it pertains to gaining employment would have to be florida. The best state would be California.
It has not been released but, is scheduled to be released in the 4th quarter of 2010- which I would assume to be sometime in Oct-Dec.
