certified for? what fresher courses you need, maybe check out your local community action type programs..they may be able to steer in the direction you need to go
What were you certified in? Many subjects do offer refresher courses. Sometimes you can even review your subject or take courses online.
There are refresher courses available for EMT's with expired licenses. They are usually located at the same places that offer EMT Basic courses so look at local tech schools and fire departments.

Hello. You won't have to start your hours all over again but you will be required to take a refresher course before you can get your certification. Your best bet is to contact the Empire Beauty School in Philadelphia which has several locations. Their phone number is (215) 331-4444. They also have a financial aid program if you need some help with the cost of the class. From what I've read you can expect to have to put in about 40 hours for a refresher class.
