After researching their website, and other websites, i have found this dental facility to be family friendly, and welcomes anyone at anytime. Would recommend myself.

if you are late for an appointment, yes. the staff has probably been diverted to another patient, and there is not anyone available to accomidate you. usually if you call in advance to let them know, they will be able to take care of you.

For the most part the answer will be no. However, some dental hospitals may offer no appointment Saturday examinations; I would expect these to be advertised broadly.
