In a perfect world we would all have the time to plan out each meal. We would then go to the grocery store and select the freshest and least processed options available. After that you would have at least an hour to do all the prep work and cook the food, just in time to present it to a family that is grateful for all of the hard work you have done in preparing a healthy and delicious meal.

If you ever happen find this family, outside of a television studio, let me know. We will have them laminated and put inside a museum of oddities. After all Ripley's probably has an open space somewhere that we can put them in.

In the real world we usually end up improvising for at least some of the meals in our week. Reality is what it is. We can't really change that, but we can make the best of a bad situation and learn to improvise a health meal out of the time and energy that we have. That way you can lose weight without having to change the whole of your lifestyle.

In case you were not born with those skills you will need some help and you have found the right place. By the time we end this piece you will be a master or improvising healthy meals.

Don't Cook

No, I am completely serious. When you think about it you have a lot of choices serve foods that do not require any cooking at all. So lets talk about your best option. You can cut up some fresh fruit or vegetables and serve them as is. If you want you can have some light salad dressing on the side or you can use a yogurt as a dipping sauce for the fruit.

Use a Salad

Salads are great because they are a kind of Velcro for a wide variety of foods. Lets say you have three or four veggies and a small head of lettuce. You have a meal in under 10 min, with only a little bit of chopping. Again a small amount of dressing will get you a long way. You can put most anything in the salad, but simply be sure that it is things that go together. You don't really want avocado, spicy peppers and hot sauce in your salad, unless you really want to get a kick in the flavor department.

Choose Lighter Options

Putting a piece of chicken or fish is just as easy to cook in your oven as a steak is. By filling your freezer with options that are good for you, instead of bad ones for you will ensure that once you are on that desperate search for a meal you will find that your options are not that bad at all. It makes it a lot harder for you to make bad choices.

Now, you can go froth and improvise with the best of them. Enjoy your foods.

Why choreography is important?

Choreography is the setting of dance movements to music. Choreography allows dance to be translated from the choreographer's mind to a dancer's body. Choreography allows the creation of infinite possibilities in movement. Without choreography, dancers would be improvising all the time, which would not allow for intricate performances such as ballets, for example. Choreography is also passed down, almost like a story, so it can be "read", performed, for generations to follow.
