Ingredients
- 1 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cubed
- 1 1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice uncooked
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained OR
- 10 ounces fresh broccoli, chopped lightly steamed
- 1 can cream of something soup
- 4 ounces fat free sour cream
- 1 package vegetable soup/dip seasoning mix
MIX all ingredients. SPOON into 12x8-inch baking dish. BAKE at 375F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
