Spaghetti Art! All you need for this project is some colored construction paper and a box of spaghetti! (Paint is optional). Boil spaghetti until medium/soft. Drain. Run cold water on spaghetti until it is cool to the touch. Place in a bowl. Have children take strands of spaghetti and form pictures with it onto the construction paper! As the spaghetti cools, it gets sticky and sticks to the paper. Pictures can be painted afterwards. When spaghetti gets too sticky in bowl, just run some cold water on it. I read about this in a Parent's magazine years and years ago, and I remember how it kept my kids busy for hours!

My answer is that I think you should take them indoors and let them show you their private part, and then discuss why they were showing other kids.
Usually it is because moms are often busy, and that kids are more available. If their not busy, she is probably tired from work.
