- 3 ts Sugar
- 1 tb Lime juice
- 2 oz Rum
- 1 dr Green food coloring (opt)
- 8 ea Ice cubes, crushed
- 2 sl Kiwis
Blend all ingredients except kiwifruit slices in a blender until smooth. Serve in stemmed glasses. Garnish edge of each glass with kiwifruit slice. Makes 2 servings. California Kiwifruit Commission
