The concept here is very simple. Companies many times may require some resources for a short period of time say for 6 months or 1 year. The resource which they require may need huge investment and the company may be hesitant to use them. To overcome this we can use the cloud concept. Here we have an entity called providers who own the resources. They make the initial investment and own the resource.
