- 1/2 c Sugar
- 3 ea Mangoes
- Juice of 1 lime Juice of 1 lemon 1 tb White rum, optional
Make a syrup by combining water & sugar in a non-corrosive pot & bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & let cool. Peel & puree the mangoes. Strain them through a fine sieve.
