Minsk is the capital city of the republic of Belarus, located in the middle of Europe. Belarus directly borders Russia making Russian one of the two native languages. Belarus and the USSR participated jointly in World War II, and shortly thereafter Belarus one of the first members of the United Nations.

While touring in Minsk, you can see many beautiful parks, churches, monuments and historical sites. The Red Church is a poular stop while touring; it is an architecturally beautiful Roman-Catholic church that was built at the start of the 20th century. The National Library is a 25-story building that houses precious artifacts and materials that have been collected over hundreds of years. Don’t miss Saint Spirit Cathedral, built as a Catholic nunnery, and rennovated several times throughout the years.

Minsk is a beautiful city, rich with culture and history. The city and sights will captivate you and keep you returning back, time after time.
