Cheap branded cordless phone could last anything from 6 months to a year. Whereas cheap cordless phones that aren't branded may not even last 3 months. The first thing to go in a cordless phone is usually the battery life
A few months to a year
charge the battery should be ok
You can get out of a lease but there is always a penalty. Usually you have to pay aat least a months rent plus an additional charge. Some properties can charge you for the rest of the lease. That means if you have six months left on your lease then you owe six months rent!
Depends on the condition of the battery. Most will hold a charge for at least 6 months if they are not connected to anything.

Yes. Violating your probation is probably a separate charge.
Yes. You have had two months free money so you were up on the deal.
Standing charge per quarter ( 3 months) + charge for power consumed (kW - hours) during the quarter. Charge per kW - hour will be shown on the previous bill.
it's worked for me. Last cordless drill both battery packs stopped taking a charge in the middle of a job. Whacked them both in the freezer for an hour or so whilst I did other things and had lunch. They both took a charge again and kept going for at least six months until I sold that drill to cash convertors. Current drill has one battery that on occasions refuses to take a charge, it's been sent to the freezer a few times now and it takes a charge again. I've no doubt that it's only a temporary fix and that it signals the end of the battery pack but I've managed to squeeze another year out of that batttery. I'm also sure that not all batteries will respond and that possibly frequency of usage will have an impact also. Generally my cordless gets used for 10 hours or more a week. I'm sure that this is better for a battery than infrequent use.
This is from Google Definitions: (in ancient Rome) One of the two annually elected chief magistrates who jointly ruled the republic. It's the definition of a consul. The power was divided between the two consuls in normal times, by each man "taking the fasces" or acting as leader of the senate, in alternate months.
The person in charge isn't running this parade very well. If I were in charge, I would have held this race in the cooler months rather than in the summer. I want to talk to the person in charge here.
