Uncircumcised penis - bathing; Cleaning an uncircumcised penis
InformationAn uncircumcised penis is one with its foreskin intact. An infant boy with an uncircumcised penis requires no special care. Normal bathing is enough to keep it clean.
It is NOT recommended to pull back (retract) the foreskin for cleaning during infancy and childhood. This may injure the foreskin and cause scarring that could make retraction painful and difficult later in life.
Teenage boys should be taught to gently retract the foreskin during bathing and clean the penis thoroughly. After cleaning the penis, dry the area completely. Then, it is very important to pull the foreskin back over the head of the penis. Otherwise, the foreskin can slightly constrict the head of the penis, causing swelling and pain, called paraphimosis. This requires medical treatment.

You keep your penis healthy by doing the following things: 1) ALWAYS wear a condom when you do ANY kind of sexual activity; 2) Wash your penis daily with soap and water, including inside the foreskin if you are uncircumcised; 3) Wash your penis immediately after sexual activity with soap and water; and 4) Perform testicular self exams monthly to help prevent testicular cancer.It can mostly take care of itself. Clean regularly with a mild soap and you're done. STDs are another matter.
Do women like uncircumcised penis better?
Some women may prefer circumcised, and some women may prefer uncircumcised. However, most women like both kinds of penises just fine and would be very happy with either one. The vast majority of the world's men are uncircumcised, so most women will never encounter a circumcised penis. Even in countries where circumcision is practiced such as Israel and the United States, women generally enjoy both kinds of penises. The foreskin makes it easier to stroke the penis during foreplay and makes it easier to give oral sex. I think almost all girls think both circumcised and uncircumcised penises look very good and enjoy sucking on and playing with both. Is being uncircumcised bad or good?
It's one of those things where there is no solid proof either way for this being bad or good. It's generally up to personal preference in the modern world. Being uncircumcised just requires greater hygiene care. Being circumcised is extremely painful to the infant (or boy/teenager/adult) and is unnecessary. It does not do any major harm to be circumcised, but it doesn't do much good either. Therefore, it is pointless to inflict pain on any infant (or boy/teenager/adult.) It will probably be more painful to anyone over 1 years old due to being adapted to having foreskin.
