Combine ingredients in a 1 qt sauce pan and cook for 30-40 minutes. Makes enough sauce for 4 12 Pizzas.

Veg PizzaIngredients: * 1 Pizza Base * 1 cup pizza sauce * 1/4 tsp Salt * Pinch of Pepper * 2 cups Fresh mushrooms (chopped) * 1 cup Broccoli * 1/2 cup Green Capsicum (chopped) * 1/2 cups Onions (chopped) * 1 cup Pizza Cheese (grated) Method: * Steam mushrooms & broccoli but do not over cook. * Sauté capsicum and onions. * Spread sauce over pizza crust. * Top the sauce with all the vegetables. * Sprinkle cheese on top. * Preheat oven to 200° C * Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crust is brown.

You just multiply each ingredient by 50. If you need 1/2 cup of tomato sauce for one pizza - that would be twenty-five cups of sauce for fifty. If you need 1/4 cup of mushrooms for one pizza that would be twelve & a half cups for fifty.

Pizza SAUCE 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 lg. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper Process tomatoes in blender until smooth. Pour in saucepan with remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered about 1 hour or until sauce is reduced to about 3 cups. Yield: 3 (12") pizzas or 3 cups.

Ingredients1 ea Ball wholewheat pizza doughsee recipe 1/2 c Pizza sauce, see recipe1/2 c Broccoli, lightly steamed1/2 c Artichoke hearts, chopped1/4 c Olives, sliced1 ea Tomato, sliced6 ea Green bell pepper ringsPreat oven to 500F & oil a 12 pizza pan. Place dough on a lightly floured surface & press to flatten. Lightly roll out dough into a 12 circle, place on pizza pan & pinch the edge to form a rim. Spread the sauce on the dough to within 1 of the rim & arrange the vegetables on the sauce, ending with the tomatoes & peppers. Bake until the crust is brown & crisp, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven & let cool for 5 minutes. Slice & serve hot.

Ingredients 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough* 1 (213 gram) can pizza sauce 2 cups KRAFT Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced onions 3 tablespoons Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Recipe Pieces Directions Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Press onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray, stretching dough as necessary to fit. Let stand 10 min. Spread dough with pizza sauce; top with remaining ingredients. Bake on bottom oven rack 17 to 18 min. or until crust is golden brown.
