Blend thoroughly and use as filling for Hamantaschen
To make hamantaschen, start by preparing a dough with flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and baking powder. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles. Place a dollop of filling, such as fruit preserves or poppy seed paste, in the center of each circle. Fold the edges of the dough to form a triangle shape, pinching the corners to seal. Bake the hamantaschen in the oven until golden brown. Enjoy this traditional Jewish pastry during Purim celebrations.
Hamantaschen
There is 1 gram of fiber per 1 prune.
Ingredients1 lb Poppyseed1/3 c Honey1 Egg1/2 c SugarNuts & raisins; (opt.) Wash poppyseed thoroughly in boiling water and drain. Spread thinly on clean cloth and allow to dry overnight. Grind with finest blade of chopper and mix together with remaining ingredients. Place tablespoonful in center of Hamantaschen. If using prepared poppyseed filling add 2 tbs. honey to mixture.
You can prune it but the symmetrical shape that makes it attractive will be wrecked. If you do prune only tip prune.
There are foods that do this job naturally. Use diluted prune juice at a 3 to 1 mixture. That is 3 parts water to 1 part prune juice.
Prune is just another word for 'cutting' i.e you cut your hair but prune a plant. So prune is to cut shorter.
There is no special cake for Purim, but there are special cookies (or biscuits), called Hamantaschen, that are triangular and somewhat resembling small pies.
The safest way to sterilize filling equipment is by autoclaving it. You have to keep the filling equipment in autoclave for 30 mins at 1
