No one wants to admit they are an alcoholic. Most people also don't want to admit that they might be living with one. Yet recognizing the disease is the first step to getting help. Without it, there is no hope for improvement. Here are some of the warning signs that you should watch for: Drinking alone, Lying about drinking, An increased tolerance level for alcohol, Consistently drinking more than other people that are around, A steadily increasing level of alcohol consumption, Drinking as a stress reliever or to avoid problems.

If you notice these warning signs, don't wait for things to get worse. Call for help today.
