When stressful things happen in your life, often times there is nothing that you can do about them. There are many stressful factors in life that will present themselves to you that you will be asked to deal with at once. When things really start piling up on you, just scream. Scream loud from the top of your lungs for as long as you possibly can in one breath. It won't change your problems but it will help relieve some of the tension you are feeling.
