Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1/4 c Soy Sauce
  • 3 tb Chinese Rice Wine
  • 1 ts Ginger, minced
  • 1 Galic Clove, minced
  • 2 tb Honey
  • 2 ts Seasame Oil

Shell & devein the shrimp, but leave the tails on. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the shrimp. Toss shrimp to coat all surfaces. Let marinate for 1 hour. Grill shrimps about 4 to 6 inches from the coals for about 2 minutes per side, or until the flesh is opaque.
