Unfortunately, many of these tips are hard to follow or involve counting calories (which many people don't do correctly). The easiest way to slim down is to divide your plate correctly. Half of each meal plate should consist of vegetables. One fourth of the plate should be a lean protein and the remaining fourth should be whole grains and/or fruit. No calories to count! No complicated number systems to follow! Just divide your plate appropriately and watch your body change.
