When looking for a salon in Fort Lauderdale, Flordia many options are available. After researching and reading many reviews I made a decision to try the Sullo salon day spa. The salon far exceeded my expectations for a salon. Not only do they provide hair service and nail services but they also provide massages, facials and make up applications. When I went in for my appointment I was nervous about the results I would receive because I have extremely thick and curly hair. I was paired with Destiny and it was the best experience I have ever had. I don't think a whole lot of stylists have experience with course curly hair, but Destiny was extremely knowledgeable about my hair and even talked about different types of hair styles and hair cuts best suitable for my hair type. I received full color along with full highlights. She gave me a beautiful hair cut with long layers which looks great with my curly hair and looks beautiful for when I choose to straighten my hair. After my hair was complete I moved on to get a manicure and pedicure with Jaymee who also did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows. The shape of my brows that she provided was amazing. I was incredibly pleased with all my services that I experienced at this salon. All the stylists were extremely friendly and many clients complimented me on my hair. The layout of the salon was beautiful and perfect while maintaining a cleanliness approach.I was told by several stylists that the salon and spa was chosen by Glamour magazine as one of the ten best hair salons in the country. They all seemed extremely proud of this recognition and accomplishment. I have to admit after experiencing first hand what the stylist can do, I truly believe they deserve that honor. I have been to several salons in the Fort Lauderdale area, but this is one of my favorites that I just can't seem to stay away from.
