If you have ever experienced chest pain symptoms, then you know that this can be one of the scariest medical issues to deal with. Contrary to popular belief, most chest pain symptoms are not indicative of heart problems, although the possibility should not be ignored. If you are experiencing chest pain symptoms and are unsure what is causing it, the best thing you can do is to call a doctor and get checked out to be absolutely sure that it is nothing serious.
Once you have been checked by a doctor to clear away any possibility of imminent heart malfunction, you are likely to be scheduled for another appointment at a later date to narrow down the root of your chest pain problems. During the time between that initial emergency appointment that ruled out a heart attack and the time you return to a doctor, specialist or go to a clinic for testing, you may still experience more chest pains. Figuring out what the chest pains are caused by can be very frustrating. The most important factor in this situation is to keep in mind that the imminent danger of heart trouble was ruled out by your doctor, so it is likely another medical issue that may be more easily treated over time. Sometimes, the mere thought and fear of heart issues can cause a person to panic, meaning your blood pressure will rise and your heart will begin to beat faster, perhaps even creating a feeling and sensation of dizziness and nausea. If this happens, it is important to calm down to the point that you can reason with yourself without making the situation worse in a panic. Whatever the medical issue really is, it is certain to worsen if you are anxious.
Instead, think back on the things you have eaten shortly before your chest pains began. In an astounding number of chest pain cases, the issue turns out to be diagnosed as acid reflux disease. In this case, your digestive tract is not properly balancing out the acids that your stomach, liver and gall bladder produce in combination with the acids of the foods you are eating.
I dont know what you mean by wind or acid... but most often pains in the chest signal an impending heart attack or GERD.... gastroesophageal reflux disease..... big word for excessive heartburn.

It could possibly be immflamation in the chest wall. All that you can really do is take Tylenol when the pain occurs and it will either go away eventually or it will be with you for the rest of your life.
