The live food factor is the missing factor in so many diets. There are so few diets that offer the benefits and nutrients that these foods do. Living and raw foods are so healthy that you can lose weight and get rid of diseases at the same time. Without an ample amount of live foods in your diet, it can be hard to get your metabolism back to normal and get healthy again. Losing weight naturally, because you're burning calories faster, is the secret to losing weight in an easier way than you might have been doing before.
