Gain Other Experience As Well

Teaching is not just about teaching kids in a classroom. You can get experience by joining a writing group, a public speaking group or donate your time as a tutor. The more experiences that you have, the better your resume will look and the more experience you can share with your kids. Your life is also a great creative inspiration when trying to teach a class.

Teach Overseas

If you really want to help out and use your degree, you can always go overseas and teach those who do not speak English as a first language. This is a great opportunity to find a job if you are just starting out, learn a new culture and teach what you know at the same time. The stories that you will have will last a lifetime and you will get paid for your whole experience as well.
