Have you ever taken a class in which you felt like you were unhappy? Did you ever think that your teacher did not like you? These are questions that students typically think when they are enrolled in a class, especially at the K-12 level. There are three ways to build student's confidence in the classroom, which include the following: (a) showcase their classwork; (b) show interest in their work; and (c) continue to speak positivity into them.

1. Showcase Their Classwork:

Students like to see their work displayed so that they can feel a sense of pride and accomplishment to show that they can learn. By displaying their work, it helps them build peer relationships especially with students who share the same interest. Individuals should make sure that grades are not visibility displayed due to privacy concerns. However, teachers can select classwork that will represent the entire class. Over time, the teacher can have different type of ways to showcase a select few of students, just as long as each student has his or her chance to shine.

2. Show Interest in Work:

Typically, there are at least ten students in the classroom and it may present a challenge to give students what they want their teacher's attention. It may require teachers to formalize a plan to help manage these interactions. For instance, teachers could dedicate their time to learn about five different students per day. This will be manageable and feel genuine towards students because they can pick up on fakeness.

3. Speak Positivity into Them:

When talking to students, it is very important to speak positivity into their lives. Teachers never know that they may be the only ones giving their students hope to follow their dreams despite their challenges. While it may not seem like it, but students really do look up to their teachers especially if they are showing that they want to help their students. One way that teachers can help students think positive is by helping them learn how to set goals and ensure that they are successful in their classroom.

Teachers should think of themselves as merchants of hope. In other words, teachers have a responsibility of speaking positive messages and help students become the best version of themselves. Thus, they should strive to make their voice count in a positive way.

There are 4 students and 4 seats how many different ways can 4 students be seated?

students can be seated in 16 diffrent ways. multiply or draw a table. * * * * * Unfortunately, that is an incorrect answer. The correct answer is 4*3*2*1 = 24 ways. For the first seat, on the left, you can pick any one of the 4 students. For the next seat, you have only three students so you have 3 choices. So the number of ways of filling the first two seats is 4*3. Continue the process.

Three Ways to Build Rapport with Students?

As an educator, it is very important to build a relationship with one's students. The relationship should strictly be school-related in which both the teacher and students are aware that this working relationship will help them in the classroom. There are several ways to build rapport with students. One way is to get to know each student as a person. Children understand that they come to school to learn, but they also want their teacher to notice them. Teachers should spend at least five minutes with two or three students just by asking how their day went. This will spark a conversation that can help students realize that teachers do have a life outside of school. In the same token, teachers can begin how to understand a child's thinking based upon their experiences in their life. A second way to build rapport is to share meaningful personal stories related to content learned in the classroom. For example, if one is a math teacher teaching discounts, sales tax, or mark-ups, then he or she can discuss past shopping experiences to help students understand how these topics are used in life. Also, it would be good to have a couple of students share their own shopping experiences to keep a rich discussion and genuine interest in learning the content. During this discussion, the math teacher should also explain the importance of mark-ups when owning one's own business. This will be a sure way to gain students interest and help show them that teachers really do care about students learning new information. A third way to build rapport is to eat lunch with students. While it is not a good idea to meet with them every day because teachers also need to bond with their fellow colleagues or complete tasks during their lunch period to make sure that their next lesson is ready for students. A good rule of thumb is to eat lunch with students once or twice a week. For example, if one designate Fridays as the day that students will eat with the teacher, then students will be fine with this. Believe it or not, students want to eat with their teacher and it is a positive way to build a learning relationship with one's students. Students want to have a positive relationship with their teachers and it is very important for teachers to find ways during school hours to bond with their students so that children want to learn from their teachers.
