Although vegans don't eat meat or dairy, they can still include a number of protein rich foods in their diet.
Beans and legumes: One cup of kidney beans includes 13g of protein. Black beans and peas are also great sources.
Green veggies: Asparagus and broccoli contain protein as well as fiber and vitamin C.
Nuts: Peanuts are perhaps the best nut for protein, but cashews and almonds are an excellent alternative.
Soy: Protein-rich products made from soy include tofu and soy milk.
Whole grains: Brown rice and whole grain bread are high in protein. Quinoa, meanwhile, contains 18g per serving.

Rice contains a moderate amount of protein, with approximately 4-5 grams of protein per cooked cup (about 158 grams) of white rice, and slightly more in brown rice, which contains about 5-6 grams per cup. However, rice is not a complete protein, as it lacks some essential amino acids that are necessary for muscle repair and growth. To obtain a balanced protein intake, it's often recommended to pair rice with other protein sources, such as beans or legumes.

You do it by eating a variety of meals that include Greek yogurt, nuts, peanut butter and other nut butters, high protein breads, smoothies and shakes with vegan/veggie based protein supplements, and of course Eggs. My advice would be to try eating about a half tub of the 32oz organic non fat Greek yogurts that are out there like stoneyfields organic oikos brand (I like vanilla), which will net you about 22 grams of protein. Then follow that up with a slice of Ezekiel bread which has 5 grams of protein, and spread on some peanut butter which should bring you to around 30ish grams. Hope that helps!
