Genital Wart Symptoms in WomenFor women, genital warts are most common on the lips of the vulva, as well as inside the vagina and near the urethral opening. Warts can also appear around and inside the anus, which is more common if the woman has had anal sex. Other symptoms include an increase in vaginal fluids and an increase in moisture around the area. Pain is also typical during sex, especially if the warts are inside the vagina.
