People who have extremely dry hair can often be helped quite a lot if they just decide that they will wash it less often. Washing your hair takes all of the oils out of it. Too much oil is a bad thing, to be sure, but you do need to have some if you do not want your hair to look like it is dry at all times. You may be better off taking a shower every other day. If you still want to shower each day, you could consider washing your hair every other time that you are showering.
You could, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it. The detergent in Tide is intended for laundry and much stronger than the detergent in shampoo. The effects would likely be less than satisfactory and your hair would likely be extremely dry.

Although I wash my hair everyday, it is said to wash your hair every other day in order to keep the natural oils and not dry out your hair.
First wash your hair, then gel it. Gel will dry stiff so your hair will straighten out. Put it in really heavy and dry your hair in sections, making the spikes as you dry them. After you have dried the hair, apply spray temporary color for the dye. Since the spray is temporary, it will wash out with the next washing. The added advantage to the spray is that it will stick to the gell as much as the hair and will be less likely to stain your hair. When you are ready to take it out, wash your hair with a conditioning shampoo, then follow with a heavy conditioner. Wait a couple of hours or so, then repeat the process. Most all the spray should simply wash out, and the remaining will be much less noticeable.
it depends on how thick your hair is
I'm sure you can but you will have to wash your hair to get the dye out anyway so its really not worth it.

You can simply rinse the hydrogen peroxide out of your hair with water, you don't need to blow dry it. It's best to wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner as per your regular hair care routine afterwards.

Because when you use shampoo, it washes out your hair. When you condition after that, it makes it less dry from washing it. If you shampooed after you conditioned, there would be no point because your hair would just get dried out again.
