The first thing would be to check the terms of your lease. It should clearly state how long the lease is for, what the penalties for getting out of the lease area and if you can sublet. Your options are pretty much just that. If you're lease ends soon or is month to month, give your notice and move when the lease is up. If not, check to see if there is a penalty to terminating your lease early. Sometimes it may be more beneficial to pay the penalty and get out of the lease than sticking it out. Your last option is subletting. This is when you sign another lease between someone who wants to stay in your apartment while it is still under your name. The policies for subletting vary by apartments so check with your landlord if you are unsure. Make sure that you have a formal agreement with the person staying in your apartment, because if they do something you are liable. You can always check with the landlord/apartment complex to see if there are other people wanting a unit. If so, they may let you out
One of the sisters burned a hole in the carpet in their apt. and they did a midnite move
Yes.
When a cell uses APT for energy, the APT is converted into ADP. Then the ADP is immediately recharged in mitochondria and comes out again as APT. This process happens over and over.
no dont move in, she wants a break!
No. That's not the landlord's fault.

Jerk, loser, mama's boy, get rid of him

You will need parental consent or be emancipated by the court in order to move out. Being a parent or pregnant does not emancipate you.
You both need to sit down and write down what the pro's and con's for both of you are in your prospective wants. If you own the house, I wouldn't want to move to an apartment either, that's wasting money. If you don't own the house and the rent is cheaper then that could be feasible. Who does the housework, is the house big? Who does the yard work, in an apt. the maintanence is done for you? Do you have a pool, if not, in alot of apt. complexes there is a pool, etc. I live in Florida and there are new communities being built called patio homes. They are normally one floor but connected to one another and have amenities for the residents, no not an old folks community. You don't have the upkeep in an apt. that you do in a house, you have a personal plumber and all around maintenance guy. I think this depends heavily on where you live and the proximity to your jobs and family, too. Good luck.
