It is not quite clear as far as older cards are concerned most distros after 5.10 have radeon drivers packed in but i dont think these drivers have acceleration EnderV
I found relevant information concerning radeon drivers at support.amd.com. I also checked out information on support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/auto_detect.aspx and it provided good infomation also.
