is coolant leaking from engine?or is it leaking from water pump and running down engine and appears to leak from engine
I'm assuming your grand am has a 3400 v6 which are known for intake and head gaskets leaking. so its possible that one of those gaskets are leaking so bad that coolant is leaking from intake/heads down onto your valvetrain and then down into your oil pan. more than likely its your intake gaskets leaking.
down,down,down,up,up,down,down...thats all
More information would be helpful. Engine size, and if it looks like it's leaking from one pulley or several? My first thought is that the front seal is leaking around the crankshaft pulley. Other oil leak sources are the timing cover, the valve cover(s), or even a cracked cylinder head, could let oil trickle down and get slung around by the pulleys. What's the highest point of the engine that looks like oil is leaking around? Either way, it should be repaired.
I believe the problem is the same with all of the Fords. My 2004 Explorer had the same problem with the windows not working. I found that the wire had worn out front he opening and closing of the driver's door and the wire had to be repaired or replaced that runs from under the hood to the front driver's door.
is from your instrument cluster, oil pressure gauge has a line running to it, is my quess,,,if not! you have more trouble than you can handel, good luck n0rt
You cannot override the driver's side power window. What would be the purpose of overriding that window and locking it out? There will always be a driver and that driver will always want to control that window. Unless you are asking how to make the window go up and down manually. Again you cannot accomplish that as it is an electric power window which can only be controlled from the P/W switch. If it is not working then it will have to be repaired.
you could have a heater core leaking or your windshield is leaking and the water is running down behind the dash and onto the floor.
