Why an iPad stylus? Well for one main reason, really: Accuracy. Accuracy is of extra importance if you are using your iPad to play games, to do graphic design or to even click on the right link when browsing the web. A stylus adds a degree of accuracy that you won't get with fingertips alone and that you'll scarcely get even with a mouse and a keyboard sitting before you.

it takes body heat from a finger to activate the touchscreen and make it work on a ipad. and becuase the ds stylus has no body heat what so ever it wont work on an ipad.
