Absolutely.
Your not really suggesting you think by claiming (or even actually) not receiving mail (for some period) means you wouldn't have responsibility to pay bills, or late fees, etc. are you?
While a legal demand for payment generally needs to be shown as being made during legal proceedings to collect the debt,(and as your now aware of the bill you've clearly received that), a bill doesn't really need to be sent or received for you to be responsible for what caused it. Most contracts and agreements even specify that any billing is just a courtesy.
You are agreeing to pay when you order/accept the service/materials or whatever. It is your contract obligation. No bill is required.
Apparently so.I recently received a letter informing me that I was being sued for a hospital bill from 2005 that I had never received a bill for.Luckily I was able to set up a payment plan and keep it from going to court and becoming a judgment against me.
There is no journal entry for bill received rather journal entry is made when bill is actually paid or when utility is actually utilized.

The value of Bill Bell Collectible Cat plates varies somewhat. However, it is possible that the plates may have a value of between 6 dollars and 20 dollars.
Call the bank as soon as possible. Perhaps they sent a coupon book or bill and it never arrived because of slow holiday mail. You will likely get a late charge, but may be able to talk your way out of it since it is your first bill and you will never do it again.
Yes. If you made the purchase, you owe the bill. If it has been two months and no charge has appeared on your bill, you need to contact the Customer Service department at the credit card company. You are liable for the amount you charged even if you never receive a bill. If the item was billed, you never got a statement, and it went unpaid, you have just incurred a delinquency on your credit report.
$6
Yes, you have to pay a bill that was sent six months late.
Yes. You'll have to prove that you never received bills. Assuming there's no identity theft occurring (where someone else is making charges and you get the bill), the law assumes that you were aware of the initial purchase or loan and that it's up to you to make good on it even if you didn't get the bill.
No. Bill Clinton was never in the military. He got a student deferment from the draft and avoided any form of military service.
