Not filing your taxes if you have the income is criminal.

It is not something anyone does because they want to.

It is a requirement.

Those who fail to meet the requirements to require filing (which are different than paying), are the ones that really should file, because they probably have benefits coming to them by doing so.

You don't think the government would allow you to NOT file because it is good for you do you?
