Use the search box at the IRS gov web site for Publication 590, if you inherited an IRA.
Expected inheritance. If you sell an interest in an expected inheritance from a living person, include the entire amount you receive in gross income on Form 1040, line 21.

Gee...I guess all those companies and software programs and oogles of professionals that exist, advertise and make a living determining how much tax someone owes are needless? It just is an amount, on a chart someplace. You've figured it all out well. You can take 100 people with the info you gave and each would owe a different tax, and hence have a different amount of refund, or maybe owe more! The refund is dependent on the amount withheld, which you control. (And people consider many things taxes withheld that really aren't, like FICa, UI, etc).
