If you opted to recieve your W2 electronically on a previous year and are still employed, you can continue to go to the same portal to get your W2. Your clerical assistant in-store can assist you in getting to this portal if you have never used it.

I got my last W2 after quitting from the same portal, but you should be able to follow the same steps if you have quit or been terminated. But if you have to get a physical copy, you are going to have to pay.
