The status "accepted" by TurboTax means that your tax return has been successfully received by the IRS and is ready for processing. The status "received" by the IRS simply confirms that they have received your tax return but does not indicate whether it has been processed or approved yet.
You can find out if the IRS filed a substitute return for you by checking your tax account transcript online or contacting the IRS directly.
You can find your 2014 tax return by contacting the IRS and requesting a copy or by accessing it online through the IRS website if you filed electronically.

Your TurboTax software may show that your tax return has been accepted because it has been successfully transmitted to the IRS. However, the IRS website may not yet show that it has been received because there can be a delay in updating their system. It is common for there to be a lag between when your return is accepted and when it is processed and acknowledged by the IRS.
You should contact your local IRS for this information. Go to the IRS.gov website and look at top right side of the page above the search box and choose Contact IRS
