Older US bills didn't have a lot of good security features. Anything from 1934 wouldn't have any of the modern traits like a watermark, security strip, and so on to rely on. Unless you're willing to pay to have it evaluated, about the best you can do is to check the following:
> See if the paper has a lot of tiny red and blue threads embedded in it,
> Examine the printing of some symmetric areas like the teeth on the Federal Reserve seal and the intricate scrollwork. They should be crisp and regular, not smeary or irregular.
> Look at Franklin's portrait under a magnifying glass. The engraver's lines should also be crisp and even.

The 1934 100-dollar bills ended with Series D. A note in good condition, with little wear can be worth about $140.
If u look down to your right and tilt the dollar bill it will turn green that means it real. And if it's red that means it's fake.
Please check your bill again. "D" is the highest series letter for 1934 $100 bills. You may be looking at the Federal Reserve District letter instead of the series letter, which would be next to the date. There's more information at the question "What is the value of a 1934 US 100 dollar bill?".
The 1934 series only extends to the letter D. You may be confusing the Federal Reserve Bank letter (K = Dallas) with the series letter; that's next to the date, not in the center of the seal. Please see the question "What is the value of a 1934 US 100 dollar bill?" for more information.
$100 to $17,000 depending upon the condition of the coin.
When you are looking to see if you have a fake $100 bill, you can check for the piece of paper in the tail of the bill. When you hold the bill up to a light, you should see a slender piece of paper in it.
There were no 1934 $100 United States Notes. US Notes have red seals and that wording in the banner across the top. The green seal and banner on a 1934 $100 bill indicate that you have a Federal Reserve Note. Please see the Related Question for more information.
