Yes, all journal entries should be recorded in a order in which they occur so as per this all journal entries should be listed chronologically.
if you print 100 pages and spend $10 then average cost per page to print is $.10(100/$10). And also you can check it http://heidelprint.com It offers an instant quote system which is my favorite.
That's difficult to say as every copier can differ. To calculate it you could find out the toner price and the average number if pages it can do, divide price by pages to get a rate. Then the same with paper price and how many pages in that pack, divide price by pages to give another rate. Add both of them together and that'll give you an approximate cost per page.
It would be normal to charge per page of the document. This is a short document so fifty cents to a dollar a page would not be unreasonable. You could also set a flat rate of ten dollars or so.

3 per dog a day
As many pages as there are. 16 per page.
It's approximately 230 words per page.
I believe 25.
Obviously, the answers depends on how many lines per page and how wide the lines are. If you figure 80 characters per line and 8 characters per word, this gives 10 words per line. 50 lines per page would be 500 words per page, so 1700 words would be a little more than 3 pages.
16 apps per page
500 words per page.
There are about 250 words per page, so that's going to be a little bit less than one page.
depends on the size of the word
