An increase in fixed costs raises the total costs of production but does not affect variable costs. Since average total cost (ATC) is calculated by dividing total costs by the quantity of output, an increase in fixed costs will lead to a higher ATC, especially if output remains constant. This effect is more pronounced when production levels are low, as fixed costs are spread over fewer units. Conversely, as output increases, the impact on ATC diminishes since the fixed costs are distributed over a larger number of units.

the 350 has a higher top speed but the 250 will have a much quicker launch due to being a two stroke. overall, you can put a big bore kit in the 250 and make it just as fast as the 350.

GENCO ATC's population is 10,000.
GENCO ATC was created in 1898.
The 4-cycle version will have between 11 and 13 Horsepower. The range will be based on the octane rating of the fuel being used in the atc. The higher the octane the hotter the fuel will burn and which in turn will provide more power. Also, the range will depend on the wear within the motor. A newer engine will provide more power than an older or used engine. The "power" factoring will also have a very wide range in the atc transmission. The lower the gear the more "power"... Power in this factoring will determine how much work the atc will do. Example: Work is how much the atc can pull or push. I hope this helps answer your question. WBT
