If you make $3,200 a month after taxes, that is the amount you take home. This figure already reflects any deductions for federal, state, or local taxes, as well as Social Security and Medicare contributions. Therefore, your monthly take-home pay is $3,200, and you would receive this amount in your bank account.

I am head of my house hold with a 17 month child how much will I get back for my taxes
Not 120000. Why don't you get a job that pays that much and then you will know what you will bring home.
It depends on your state and local taxes, also your deductions....however I would say it would be approx $35,000 - $38,000 annually.

Depends on the amount of hours worked . If you consider a 40 hour work week over a month that comes out to 160 hours. Now divide that into 3200 it works out to 20/hr
If you live in the US, you'd be getting approximately $1,983.33 after taxes.
About 1250 before taxes
$5,666.67 per month, before taxes.
Approximately $3,642.00 per month before taxes.
Approximately $3,642.00 per month before taxes.
Assuming a forty hour work week, you will make, minus taxes, $1120.

Only if you sell them.
I have many friends in the oil field that started as "floor hands" and brought home 3200 a month after taxes. This is with a high school education. The negative of this job is that you will work either 14-14, 7-7, or 28-28. Which means 14 days on 14 days off. On your 14 days on you work 12 hours straight and then a 12 hour break this is continuous for the 14 day span. Also it is extremely hard work that is also very dangerous. You can move up though and I know people that are referred to as driller that make 90k now.
