A Base TCO will typically consolidate all the efforts of the other TCO's and maintain any database or access to the system or systems that the TCO's will use for reporting work order's and troubles. If you need to move a telephone, change/move telephone numbers, add/change or delete any features such as Voicemail, 3-way calling, Ring Again. All of these changes require a work order to complete.
