i spoke with the customer service rep. I was told that they have limited information and that I would have to look it up on the website of the bancorp bank. He could not tell me what banks were affiliated with the card. He did say that you are not able to transfer your money from the endeavor card to another account. This card is a waste of time. I will never use taxact again.

No this is new but I did get a number to call the from tax act to reach Endeavor. 1-866-696-5221 I spoke with a gentleman named Ryan and he was a great help!!!! DO NOT get the endeavor card. use something like green dot or account now.... I filed on jan 20th, making Feb 1 my almost 10 day wait. I called to see why my card hasnt shown up and they have yet to send it!!! ... IM PISSED!

Not necessarily. It depends on your card and the network in belongs to. Most banks in the US accept cards outside their network, but you have to pay a fee. In Europe you have to have a card with a chip and fees will be added, if they accept the card.
