There are a few issues around this that need to be considered:

Your employer is required to pay you on a set scedule.

In most jurisdictions this is by prior agreement daily, weekly, ever two weeks, monthly, Quarterly (Every three months) or on any other pre-determined period.

He does not have to pay you out of sequence or provide you with an advance.

If the employer has missed a pay day there is a Government agency to complain to. Where I live it is call employment standards branch.

You State or Provincial Government has a phone # to call to be directed to the correct agency.

Good Luck

If you pay a charged off credit card how long does it take to go on your credit report?

Your charged off and now paid off card will show that you've had a charge off and that you've paid it off. It will also indicate if you paid an amount less than what the original debt was, if you came to that agreement with the creditor. The item should show on your credit report for 7 years from the last payment activity you made on it. So, if you paid it off today, February, 2008 it would stay there until February, 2015. Do not assume that anything "drops off" of a credit report without verifying it. Make sure that you check your credit reports (all three) minimally on an annual basis to find what's there and make sure things that are too old are challenged.

Where does commission go on trial balance?

They Don't go on the balance sheet unless they are currently earned but owed at a later date. When paid out at the time they are earned they would be assigned to the Income & Expense statement as.The purpose of the trial balance is (historically) to verify if any errors were made with posting the journal entries to the ledger. Every journal entry makes debits and credits to (at least) two.
