Depends on what that "Something" is - if it is minor and didn't harm anyone it is Ok to for get about it, but if it is major and/or did harm to some one you need to report it (Anonymously if you like) to relevant authorities.

I would think no, you cannot make restitution you pay for committing a crime tax deductible, because then the person who did wrong and paid the restitution would benefit in whole or part for his/her crime. That wouldn't be just or fair, and the rest of society would be angry because it would make "crime pay". You can see how this wouldn't be right.
If someone gave out your number, then you can explain the mistake to CraigsList if they call. More likely, someone is just pretending to be from CraigsList to get some account information from you. Bottom line, some you don't truly know has called you. Say "wrong number" and hang up.
