No, the interview is very fast and the Visa Officer will ask questions you aren’t expecting. The answers you should give depend on your nationality, job, relatives in the US, and many other factors. Don’t repeat answers you read online because many others have already used them and Visa Officers know they are fake. Consider working with a former Visa Officer who can review your DS160 visa application and help you craft your interview answers. Do you need to file taxes if you didnt earn any income but welfare?

Not normally. However if the tax people have sent you a form or told you that you need to fill in a form - EVEN IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY TAX - you MUST return a completed form to the tax people or you will get a penalty.

If you didnt owe money for 2007 but you did owe for past years will you still get a check?

i think if you don't owe taxes for 2007,but owe taxes on prior years you should still get a stimulus check as long as you are making monthly payments on what you owe.

Is bank overdraft an expense or income?

Overdraft usually means that the bank paid something out for you on your account that came in that you didnt have the full amount for and instead of the transaction bouncing they covered it and they charged you a small fee from your savings to pay for the action they took. Now a bank draft is nothing more then a piece of paper conveying monies. So an overdraft will cost you money but less then a bounce and a bank draft can be a check someone wrote to you for deposit.

How do you resolve a bank account levy with the IRS?

You pay the underlying assessment. If they already went to levy an account, you may even be past the time you can protest. If you ignore them long enough...THEY DO NOT go away! ------- In my case, I didnt. They took all the money out of 2 of my accounts. I contacted them and am working to file my back taxes. My CPA says after I do so, I will get a refund of the excess. A levy is a 1 time thing. They did it to my account and I have since put money back in the account and they dont automatically get it unless they happen to do another levy. And they probably wont because I am not running from them anymore ! LOL
