I am depending on my refund right now as of 1/31/12 to pay some things the student loans were intended for yet I was told three differnt things about my refund and yet no can tell me when I am eligible for the disbursement. However they are suppose to submit to whatever lender what dates you can be disbursed and they can not tell me what those dates are
