The full-body scanners use radiation that doesn't really penetrate skin to any significant degree, so no, not really.

If they're using actual x-ray machines, then they can "see inside your mouth" to the same extent any x-ray machine can. Most airports in the US do not routinely scan passengers using X-rays (they do routinely scan LUGGAGE using X-rays, though).
