Did Amelia Earhart ever get pregnant?

Amelia Earhart, on her last flight, showed evidence (at least to me) of the early stages of being pregnant. On this flight she had morning sickness (supposedly from gas fumes.) She also got weaker with each day passing (like my sister did when she was with child). Amelia also looked a hint larger than she had a few months earlier. So I think that she could have been. But that is not a definite yes.

As far as is known, yes Amelia did get pregnet before her divorce. There is some evidence she may have been physically, as they used to politely say- (Unable to Mother a child naturally) she avoided certain camera angles around the top. There is some rumor that she may have adopted a male child late in her career. There are so many flighty ( no pun intended) wishful thinkings and half-truths about Amelia one is not sure.
