All you have to do is get a bunch of blueberries, and jump from leaf to leaf to one of the little monster-like floaties (with the big rings). In one of those is the key, pick it up and then hop to as close you can to the wall and fly out. That's all you have to do! :) Also, make sure you have full health! :D
